Where we ship
MOYUU orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners in Toronto, Canada. Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery estimates.
Shipping charges
Canadian orders of CAD $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below this threshold, available shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Changes and cancellations
Email service@moyuu.ca as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try to help before our fulfilment partner begins processing your order. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing starts.
Delivery concerns
Please check your address before ordering and monitor any collection notices. For delays, missing parcels or delivery errors, contact us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier. Any applicable redelivery charges will be explained before you agree to them.
